Adding jump menus and new menu pages to improve navigation and testing CSS.

Rhiannon (rgk) began proofing pages for grammar and spelling.

Implemented the first Dream Weaver pages and slowly rewriting.   I plan to phase out all the Front Page. I have been working on improving navigation.   The increase in submissions has been very encouraging but has out stripped my posting. I have also begun color coding the pages.

I added a FAQ page to acknowledge the people that have helped keep the site growing.   The Dino Boys plus many others.  We are regularly breaking 200 unique hits a day so I assume someone likes us out there.  9/31/04 used all the band with for one month up a day before the end of the month.  Someone must like us.
